How Movement Team uses Notion

Global Partnership Database

Every church, leader, and network relationship — tracked in one place

The Movement Team works with churches and leaders across many nations. A Notion database lets you track every relationship: church name, country, leader, last contact date, partnership tier, and active initiatives together.

You can filter by region, prayer partnership status, or ministry focus — and link each contact to the events, communications, and resources they're connected to. Nothing falls through the cracks.

🌍 Global Partnerships
Grace Community Church — Nigeria Active
Restoration Church — Brazil In progress
New Life Fellowship — India Prayer only
Harvest Church — Kenya Exploring
💡 Give each partner church their own linked page inside Notion — with visit notes, prayer requests, and shared resources. Over time it becomes an invaluable relational record.

Prayer Network Hub

Organise, share, and track prayer requests and updates globally

Prayer is central to the Movement's DNA. Notion can serve as the hub for your global prayer network — a live database of requests, updates, and praise reports. Tag each entry by region, topic (revival, mission, leadership), and urgency.

Use a Gallery view to make it visual and engaging. Use a filtered view to surface what needs immediate prayer this week. Share specific filtered views with partner churches so they see only what's relevant to them.

🙏 Global Prayer Hub
Revival breakthrough — South Asia Urgent
Church planting — West Africa Active
Turn Nations conference prep Upcoming
Answered prayer — New leaders raised Praise!
💡 Create a public or restricted Notion page that partner churches can subscribe to — so your global prayer community is always informed and praying in unity.

Events & Conferences Planner

Turn Nations, Fuel The Fire, Brothers — plan every detail without chaos

The Movement Team runs major conferences and gatherings throughout the year. Each event gets its own Notion page — a complete project hub with speakers, logistics, registrations, comms plan, venue notes, and post-event review.

Use a master events database to see all upcoming gatherings at a glance. Switch to Calendar view to spot scheduling conflicts. Link each event to your partnership database to see which global contacts are involved.

📅 Movement Events 2026
Turn Nations — September 2026 Planning
Fuel The Fire — November 2026 Early stage
Brothers Gathering — July 2026 Confirmed
Emerge Youth Camp — August 2026 TBC
💡 Use Notion's sub-pages to break big events into work streams — one page for logistics, one for speakers, one for comms, one for volunteers. Each team member works in their own area without stepping on each other.

Resources & Publishing Tracker

Books, courses, podcast episodes, Revival Ready — all tracked together

AN Publishing, the Storehouse, Revival Ready, and the podcast — the Movement Team produces a significant volume of content and resources. A Notion publishing database keeps track of every project: title, author, status, publish date, platform, and sales/engagement notes.

Link each resource to the events that promote it and the partner churches that distribute it. See at a glance what's in writing, in review, ready to launch, and already out in the world.

📖 AN Publishing Pipeline
Revival Ready — Book Published
Revival Ready — Course In review
Discipleship Series — Vol. 2 Writing
Podcast — Episode 48 Draft
💡 Give each author or content contributor their own filtered view in Notion — so they see only their own projects and deadlines, while the team has the full picture.

Internship & Discipleship Pipeline

Equip the next generation — from application to graduation

The Movement's internship and mobilisation programme shapes the next generation of leaders. Notion can manage the entire pipeline — applications, interviews, placement decisions, training schedules, mentoring notes, and end-of-term reviews.

Each intern gets their own sub-page within the database — a private log of their goals, check-ins, and growth. Mentors can leave notes. Leaders get a board view showing everyone's stage at a glance.

🚀 Internship Cohort 2026
Applications open — Summer cohort Live
Interviews — 12 shortlisted In progress
Current interns — 8 placed Active
Alumni network — 34 grads Ongoing
💡 Create a shared "Movement DNA" wiki page in Notion — a living document of the vision, values, and practices that every intern is shaped by. New cohorts find it immediately; experienced members can update it as the movement grows.

Team Coordination & Communication

One workspace for Steve, Esther, Hannah, Gary and Endo

The Movement Team spans multiple responsibilities and often operates across locations. Notion acts as a shared command centre — a single source of truth so Steve, Esther, Hannah, Gary and Endo always know what's happening, who owns what, and what's coming next.

A team dashboard page can surface: this week's priorities, upcoming travel and events, open action items, and key links — all in one place. No more hunting through email chains or WhatsApp threads to find a decision or document.

🗺️ Movement Team — This Week
Steve — Turn Nations speaker confirmations In progress
Esther — Revival Ready course review Done
Hannah — Internship interviews This week
Gary — Partner church comms Drafting
Endo — Global prayer update Pending
💡 Set up a weekly team check-in template in Notion — each person fills in what they're working on, what they need, and any blockers. One page, five contributors, full team visibility without a meeting.
